Facilities

The home is looked after by a well established mangement company in Orlando. In addition to ensuring that the villa fully complies with Florida State licensing requirements for rented accommodation, they ensure the house is maintained in top condition and are on hand in the event you need assistance during your stay.

For your convenience, you are given a code to access the home, without having to drive to a key collection point or worry about contacting the management company if your travel arrangements are running behind schedule.
 

Living

As you enter this bright and spacious 5 bedroom villa, you initially walk into the open plan sitting area.

The family room has a double high ceiling and gives access onto the pool deck. This area has been recently updated with new floor tiling and a 65"  "Samsung" flat screen TV and Blu-ray disc player. There is also a "Samsung M5" Bluetooth speaker system that gives beautiful sound.

The home has a separate TV den located upstairs with a XBox 360.

Kitchen

An archway from the front sitting area leads you though into the kitchen, and then onto the breakfast area which has access onto the pool deck. The breakfast table seats 4. The kitchen is equipped with all of the appliances and crockery that you would expect in a luxury villa.

A separate utility room hosts a washer and dryer, with iron and ironing board.
 

Dining
 

There is a formal dining room that can seat six persons. This room also has a comfy sofa with coffee tables and table lamps. It is a nice quiet area ideal for relaxing and planning the next day of your vacation.
 

Bedrooms

5 bedrooms, sleeps 10.

On the ground floor you have two bedrooms which share a recently refurbished bathroom between. A queen bedroom at the rear of the house offers access to the pool, and the other bedroom has twin beds, making it an ideal family suite, for parents wishing to be close to their younger children.

The master bedroom is located at the top of the stairs and takes up the whole left side of the villa, making a very spacious suite. whilst the ensuite bathroom, has a soak tub, walk in shower and his and hers sinks. There is also a safe in the master bedroom closet for your convenience.

On the opposite side of the landing, there is another king bedroom, twin bedroom and recently refurbished family bathroom, which again would make an ideal family suite.

Each bedroom has a wall mounted, flat screen Samsung TV and all bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans for added comfort.

In the interests of child safety; safety gates are fitted at both the top and bottom of the stairs.

Bathrooms

Large en-suite bathroom with Master bedroom. Bath, separate shower, "his and hers" sinks and separate WC.

Games Room

The garage has been converted to a gamesroom, with a pool table, table football and air hockey to amuse children of all ages.

Pool

The west facing pool offers a fabulous place to relax and soak up the Florida sun and enjoy the fabulous views overlooking the conservation area. With many sun loungers, tables and chairs your family will feel very comfortable. As the pool deck is oversize it has allowed for the addition of a large shaded area which you will find a useful addition for relaxation. The pool is fitted with a safety fence.

Outside

The property is located in the gated community of "The Sanctuary @ Westhaven." It is a very quiet and peaceful location with tree-lined avenues and well kept gardens.

The rear of the villa has lovely views across the conservation area and as there are no properties directly at the rear of the property it gives a nice feeling of space with a high degree of privacy. The rear of the property is west facing which allows the large pool deck to become a great location to admire the lovely sunsets whilst relaxing with a cool drink.
